Why did we start WIZER?
Why did we start WIZER?Having been involved in commercial attorneys’ firms we have noticed that contrary to popular belief, not all attorneys understand business and well, most entrepreneurs don’t understand law. We therefore believe that the best people to attend to entrepreneurs’ legal instructions would be individuals that understand and have a passion for both business and law.
We also realised that entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses want their legal matters to be attended to in a different manner and want the individual that attends to same to be really invested in and understand the needs of their business. Wizer has therefore been created not only to provide what other firms can’t but to really take care of the needs of its clients and to ensure that it’s clients can aim their focus on growing their business.
Meet the Director
Innes Janse van Nieuwenhuizen
Innes founded Wizer because of his love for law and for business. He completed his LLB law degree in 2016 and obtained his Master’s in Law (LLM) degree a year thereafter. He was since employed at Barnard Incorporated attorneys from 2017 until 2019 where he completed his articles of clerkship. He has also obtained his advanced certificate in e-commerce, fintech and law and will receive his diploma in advanced contract drafting at the expiry of 2019. He is also an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Wizer further uses the services of various qualified and experienced commercial and corporate attorneys on an ad hoc basis which will be handpicked for your specific needs by the management of Wizer. You are in safe hands.
