How to Purchase a product from our website?

STEP 1:

Select the product that you wish to purchase and click on the add to basket button.

STEP 2:

Once you have selected the product(s) that you wish to purchase, proceed to the Cart icon at the top right of your screen and click “Proceed to Checkout”.

STEP 3:

Complete all the necessary details and information requested as well as 3 possible consultation times and dates.

STEP 4:

You will be directed to Payfast (a verified and preferred payment portal) to finalise and complete the purchase of your products.

STEP 5:

You will be contacted as soon as possible in order to discuss your instruction and to schedule your consultation with one of our consultants.

STEP 6:

Once you have provided more background regarding your instruction and have consulted with one of our consultants, Wizer will attend to the drafting of your agreement(s) and will provide the drafted copy thereof to you within 5 days.

STEP 7:

Review your agreement and make sure that you are happy with the outcome thereof. Any amendments and necessary improvements are included in the purchase price.

How to purchase/make use of Wizer’s other business related-legal services?

STEP 1:

Proceed to the “Contact Us” tab at the top right corner of your screen and complete your contact details.

STEP 2:

One of our consultants will contact you via email and telephonically to discuss your instruction and query.

STEP 3:

Wizer shall provide you with a written and fixed quote for your instructions to consider and accept.

STEP 4:

Once you have accepted the quote, Wizer shall attend to your instruction and provide the agreements to you as soon as possible.

STEP 5:

If you have any other terms or amendments that you want to have inserted into the agreement, Wizer will do so free of charge.
