Why register a company?
Well, if you plan on conducting business other than in the form of a sole proprietorship, you will have to register a company. You will not be able to open a business bank account without a registered company nor be able to legally receive money from conducting your business.
How will Wizer assist in the company registration?
Once the service has been ordered, Wizer will provide you with a short form to be completed to enable Wizer to register the company on your behalf. Wizer will then submit the application to CIPC and ensure that the company is registered as soon as possible. Registration takes between 3 to 5 working days. Wizer will also provide you with and obtain the registration documents of the company. Registering a company has never been more effortless.
